Villagio 1 of Rancho San Clemente is located approximately 5 miles from the sunny coast of the Pacific Ocean in the City of San Clemente, Orange County, California.  The Association is about two miles inland from the 5 Freeway; cross streets being Ave Pico and Calle del Cerro.

This friendly community consists of 114 exclusive, individually-built condo-homes varying in model design and size.  All of the homes are situated on beautifully landscaped slopes, with homes having a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean and the San Clemente Protected Land area.  From our homes we have a view that includes Catalina Island.  At night one can hear the calmness and tranquility of the neighborhood.  This community is a well kept and highly sought after neighborhood, with gorgeous landscaping.

Villagio 1 is governed by a five-member elected volunteer Board of Directors. The Board meets on a monthly basis on the third Thursday of each month at the Community Center - Multi-Purpose Room- 100 N Calle Seville (Corner of Del Mar), in downtown San Clemente.  Board meetings begin with a homeowner forum at 6:30 p.m., followed by the regular business meeting, then an Executive Meeting (Board Members Only).  Please check your monthly newsletter statement to confirm the date and time of the next scheduled Board meeting.
